Hairstroke brows
Hairstroke brows are fine, individual strokes drawn to mimic real brow hairs — the most natural-looking semi-permanent brow. They cost £300 at Oh Hello Brows and suit normal to dry skin best.

- Top-up at 6–12 weeks£50
What are hairstroke brows?
Each stroke is placed to follow the direction your own hairs grow, building a brow that looks like real hair rather than makeup. There's no shading behind the strokes, so the finish is soft, light and natural.
Who are they for?
- Normal to dry skin, where fine strokes heal crisply.
- Anyone who wants their brows to look fuller without looking "done".
- Filling small gaps or reshaping brows that already have some hair.
Oily skin or very sparse brows? Combination brows usually last better. See how the three brow treatments compare.
What to expect
We start with a consultation to map the shape and choose the colour. The strokes look darker and sharper for the first few days, then soften and can look patchy for a couple of weeks while they heal. Your true result shows at around six weeks, and the top-up then refines it.

Hairstroke brow questions
How long do hairstroke brows last?
Around 12–18 months. A colour top-up costs £200 at 12–18 months, or £250 at 18–24 months.
Are hairstroke brows the same as microblading?
Both create hair-like strokes. Microblading uses a hand tool to draw the strokes; hairstroke brows are done with a machine. Neither is the best choice for oily skin.
Is the 6–12 week top-up needed?
Yes — it's an essential part of the treatment, when the strokes are perfected. It costs £50.
